– Catherine is by far the best realtor I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She is dedicated, communicative, and works hard and well with all parties to get you into your new home. She closed a house within 30 days with a very difficult seller’s agent, and has extremely convenient hours for those of us who have lives and jobs. She was extremely responsive, and goes above and beyond. She was so great that we listed the old house with her, as well!!! I recommend her to everyone!!!

– I think Catherine Callahan has been very efficient and knowledgeable. She clearly understood what I wanted. She knows lots of contact people in the local area. Most of all she is a genuine, kind person. I hope to work with her again one day. She is an asset to your company . She shared other customer experiences, where she had gone over and above her duty to get people into their homes. I was touched and impressed by choices she had made in her young life to help others. Recommendations
Throughout my adult years, I have had the experience of purchasing a few different houses. As my family began to grow, I recently found the need and desire to purchase a larger home. I spoke to a variety of different realtors until I found Catherine Callahan. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust. Throughout the past several months, Catherine has been there every step of the way. She has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that she was just trying to sell me a house, but that she was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for my family. I now consider Catherine a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone that is searching for a new home. Thanks again to Catherine Callahan for being a friend and such a pleasure to work with.
