Kurt assisted us not only with our rental, but also purchasing our first home under stressful situation with our rental home owners . He was always very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. Super excellent to work with. Knowledgeable about all aspects of the buying process and is available almost 24 hours/day. You can tell he is willing to go to any length to make things happen for his clients. My husband and I were first time home buyers and he explained the process to us over and over until we understood. He also gives opinions about homes in regards to which might be money pits and what would be a better buy – made us feel like he was truly interested in finding us our dream home rather than just to make a buck. Will recommend him over and over again and will ONLY look to him with future home buying purchases.
