“Whats there not to say about Meg?!! Other then she’s PHENOMENAL!! Save yourself time and just go with the best! She sold us a property that was in probate in 2015. We live out of state and she made it so easy for us on our end. (Thank you again Meg) Then in 2018 when we decided to sell, there was only one person we could count on and that was Meg. She listed our property and it had multiple offers a few days later and sold on the 5th day! She is a honest and hardworking professional lady. “Meg was fantastic to work with, especially considering we were from the Detroit metro area and purchasing a cottage in an area we were not extremely familiar with. It was apparent that she understood the local home market, including heating, electrical, plumbing, septic, well maintenance, and general questions about the town and community.
Meg offered honest advice regarding finding a local bank for our mortgage as well as recommending a thorough local home inspector. She also worked to help us understand the subdivision, public access points and went out of her way to be our advocate with the seller when it came to term of sale and negotiating repairs.
