As a Northern Michigan native, Mike was born and raised in Gaylord where he gained experience in customer service, residential care, and professional development. Mike’s goal is to help others learn about and enjoy all of the great amenities Gaylord and the surrounding areas have to offer. The many lakes, rivers, golf courses, snowmobile trails, hunting areas, skiing hills and trails, and fall colors make Gaylord a world-class hometown, and Mike wants to help you experience it all.

As an honorable Navy veteran, Mike has skills in community relations, leadership, building relationships, and communication, all with an exceptional dedication to service. Growing up, Mike spent his winters glued to a snowmobile and his summers riding motorcycles all over Northern Michigan. He now lives in Michaywe with his wife, Clare, and their three children where he can be found golfing at the Pines, ice fishing on Opal Lake, or taking in the views on his motorcycle.
