– After what seemed to me a halfhearted attempt by another realtor to sell my house, Kurt Jacobs stepped up and immediately took the initiative to ask for the listing. From the first time I spoke with him I knew he was the right person to handle the sale of my house — an unusual property requiring a specific sort of buyer. Kurt marketed the house relentlessly and helped me through several unexpected and time-consuming twists and turns. He went above the call in handling details that otherwise would have required me to return to Michigan from my new permanent home in Florida. He kept my best interests in mind as we resolved the complications we had run into, and the sale is now about to close. I highly recommend Kurt for his hard work, honesty, and willingness to persevere to get a difficult process done.

– From the time we met Kurt he was professional and very helpful in choosing the right home in Gaylord, Mi area. He gave suggestions in what we should address in the purchase agreement and what would be a fair offer based on current market trends. He responded quickly to our numerous questions. We appreciated the time he took out of his busy day the first day we met him. We were visiting the area from out of town and wanted to view a home we found after driving around the area. He was the listing agent of the home and we called his office. He was able to rearrange his schedule so we could see the home.

– Kurt Jacobs helped us buy our dream retirement home. It could not have been a better experience. n Kurt has excellent communication skills, always getting back to us promptly and calling to remind us of tasks we needed to do. Through calls, texts, emails, we always knew what to expect, what was next in terms of time and money. He guided us through the bidding and financial processes, providing options and explaining pros & cons allowing us to make informed decisions. We always felt he was honest and forthright. n As we proceeded, Kurt kept us on schedule. He provided information as we needed it, both for the purchasing process and to assist us as we entered our new community. Electricity, firewood, fishing, restaurants, contractors, grocery, water. n There were a couple of tense days during the bidding and closing and Kurt showed a sensitivity to our needs and to the needs of the sellers. n He is knowledgeable about real estate, communications, finance, local services.
